[eNews] Fostering a stronger MBA community: The Tokyo Chapter

To celebrate the beginning of 2020, the HKUST MBA Alumni Team organized its first overseas alumni event in downtown Tokyo. The gathering also brought together alumni from different graduating classes between 2011 and 2019, a unique opportunity for everyone to reconnect with each other. They also learnt about the latest development of the HKUST MBA program through exchanges and a presentation by Prof CHEN Tai-Yuan, Associate Dean and MBA Program Director, who shared the exciting news of the successful revamp of the MBA curriculum as one of the most flexible curricula in Asia.

The evening also celebrated the diversity of the Tokyo alumni community by showcasing a video of the International Night of Intake 2019, an annual signature event within the MBA network. The video brought back wonderful memories of the alumni’s MBA journey with HKUST.

Currently, HKUST has an elite global network of more than 5,000 MBA alumni. We look forward to connecting with our MBA alumni around the world in the coming months.
