[eNews] Executive Education Office Re-opens AI in Business and Innovation Management Program

The Executive Education Office re-opens its executive program for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau-Bay Area Economic and Trade Institute.

In early July, Professor Rong ZHENG and Professor Yan XU led the one-day program with 28 members from the institute. The program was focused on Artificial Intelligence in Business and Innovation Management and was also held for entrepreneurs and senior executives at the institute.

The Office has run the program for the fifth time since its first collaboration in 2019. The class comprised of seasoned executives from diverse industries, including insurance, investment, finance, banking, healthcare and technology, food manufacturing, and training and corporate consulting.

The program aimed to provide general concepts and framework related to artificial intelligence (AI), data analytics, and the values of AI-based solution.  Participants also learned about innovation management, interpreting its implications, and integrating internal and external resources to enhance innovation capacity.

Participants found the program very practical and thought provoking. Together with the faculty’s inspirational sharing, participants could apply their learning at work right away.
